"Tell Your Heart to Beat Once again" is a song written past Bernie Herms, Randy Phillips, and Matthew West and originally recorded by Contemporary Christian-Worship trio, Phillips, Craig and Dean for their twelfth studio album, Breathe In (2012).[i] It was later on recorded by American singer Danny Gokey for his second studio anthology, Hope in Front of Me (2014), with production past Herms. "Tell Your Heart to Beat Again" entered the Christian Songs chart dated August 8, 2022 as an album track.[9] It re-entered at 32 on the chart dated January 2, 2022 following the announcement of its release as a single.[ten] The vocal reached its acme position of two on the chart dated April 16, 2022 and was the week's greatest gainer in digital sales.[eleven] In reaching this position, the song surpassed 2014'due south "Hope in Front of Me" every bit Gokey's highest-charting entry.[12] It peaked at number 2 on the Christian Digital Songs sales chart the same week.[xiii]
